The episode's climax had Louise in Erin's office, where it was revealed that the illicit couple had Victor killed. The pair were spotted kissing, which also revealed that they were lovers, and it was uncovered that Richard had convictions of assault and attempted murder. More notably, Erin asked Louise which hand Granderson used to reach into the car, with Louise stating that he used his right hand, but later saying he used his left and shot with his right even after Erin revealed that Granderson was left-handed.Īfter Erin left and met with Anthony, they tracked Louise, who was spotted on the phone and heading to meet an unknown man, who was revealed as Richard Hart. After meeting with Granderson, Erin began to suspect that Louise was lying in her claim, and her second interview had Louise repeating the claim. The witness was Robin Dunn, who worked as a prostitute and was also a drug addict however, Erin's attempt to speak to Robin was thwarted when Anthony Abetemarco phoned Erin with the news that Robin was found murdered. Louise added that she would never forget Angel's expression as he killed her husband, and even went as far as to refer to the juror as an accomplice to Victor's murder.Įrin visited the juror, Elliott North, at his home, and during their meeting, North stated that a second witness identified the actual shooter as a White man-Granderson was Black. The case was handed to Erin Reagan, and she interviewed Louise, who voiced her indignation over the juror's holdout. She is the widow of Victor Kendrick, who was shot to death in an apparent carjacking.Īngel Granderson, a known carjacker, was charged with Victor's murder however, after a juror held out and voted "not guilty," a mistrial was declared.
